improving the processes in our hotel, training your colleagues, and making sure everything runs smoothly at the front office. you achieve that all colleagues have the right tools to make the stay of our guests a success. this is the challenge you are taking up as a front office supervisor at a unique location in large hotel, and crazy event venue in amsterdam. at mövenpick we make moments, do you?be limitlessduring your shift you make sure everything runs appropriately. you are the connecting link between the rooms division manager and all the agents. if the team cannot solve a complaint or answer a question, you jump in to help. moreover, you help your colleagues where necessary, although you do not always stand behind the front desk. you do make sure – together with the entire team – that everything goes according to plan and that you neatly hand over the shift to the colleagues who take over at the end of your shift. in this way “the front office” is always kept up to date with the stay of our guests. administrative tasks are also on your plate, which include, processing and checking of payments, making the schedule, preparing guests ammenities. this you do together with the rooms division manager. no limits to your abilities. in addition, you are: the supporter of the reception. is it busy? In het hart van Den Haag op slechts 1 minuut loopafstand van Paleis Noordeinde staat onze nieuwste Mövenpick hotel. In 2020 opende ze haar deuren met een moderne dutch tough design. Het hele hotel is op die manier gestyled waardoor je het nieuwe, frisse gevoel krijgt als je binnenstapt. Met 72 kamers, 3 vergaderzalen, een restaurant en een luxe ingerichte sportschool zijn we een plek voor jong en oud. In ons restaurant genieten onze gasten van overheerlijke gerechten gemaakt met onze eigen producten. Of nemen ze plaats in onze coffee & wine lounge voor een romige cappuccino of een speciale wijn naar keuze.

We ontvangen gasten van over de hele wereld voor vergaderingen of twee vriendinnen uit Nederland die blijven slapen na een dagje sightseeing, vanuit ons hotel is alles mogelijk.
